Cancellation Policy
I charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows with no communication specifically. If client is 30 minutes late without communication, they forfeit their appointment, their deposit, and must pay the cancellation fee. Please try to let me know within 24 hours if you will not be able to make the appointment! I will be able to accommodate rescheduling when able without a new deposit! Life happens, so just communicate when plans change! <3
